Our villa is a private residence, not under hotel management. 😊 Since most houses in the neighborhood are private homes, please respect our neighbors' privacy. Do not enter other properties and kindly keep the noise down, especially at night. Thank you for helping us maintain the peaceful and relaxing vibe of the community. 🌿🏡
Requirements
1. Cleaning is performed only before check-in and after check-out.
2. Kitchen utensils are provided free of charge, but please wash them after use.
3. If you are staying for several nights and require cleaning services, please let us know in advance. An additional charge of 1,000 THB per request applies, which includes a towel change, general cleaning, and dishwashing.
4. The property is highly private. Please keep noise levels down, as loud disturbances may lead to warnings from the hotel management.
5. Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors, as the hotel and surrounding areas require high privacy and strict safety standards.
6. Eating inside the upstairs bedrooms is strictly prohibited. A fine will apply if this rule is violated.
7. Garbage: Please secure all waste in black bags and place them in the designated bins. Garbage is collected on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
8. Please be mindful of electricity and water. Kindly turn them off when not in use, just like in your own home. 🙏🏻
9. Pets are strictly prohibited inside the villa.
10. Strictly do not use the hotel's swimming pools.
11. This property is a private home. Entering other houses in the village is strictly prohibited (homeowners live here and security cameras are active).

* A gardener will come daily to water the plants and sweep the courtyard (exterior only).

House Announcements
- Upon check-out, please tie all black garbage bags securely and place them in the trash bin in front of the house.
- We are a private rental home, so please help clean your dishes so the next guest can enjoy their stay.
- This house is not just a commercial rental; the owners live here too. Please treat our home and belongings with care.
