Since this property is a private home and not a hotel, please handle all items with care (if any damage occurs, please report it immediately).
Requirements
1. Cleaning is performed only before check-in and after check-out.
2. If you are staying for multiple nights and require cleaning, please let us know in advance. There is an additional charge of 500 THB per request, which includes a towel change and cleaning of the room, bathroom, and balcony.
3. The property is highly private. Please keep noise levels down, as loud disturbances may lead to warnings or fines.
4. Pets are strictly not allowed.
5. Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors.
6. After eating, please dispose of all food waste in the downstairs bins immediately, as ants arrive very quickly.
7. Please be mindful of electricity and water. Kindly turn them off when not in use, just like in your own home.
